Purpose Communication of critical findings is a key part of radiologic service, especially in the setting of emergency teleradiology. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the utilization of verbal communication of major positive findings in international emergency teleradiology. METHOD AND MATERIALS The study was conducted in an emergency teleradiology practice supporting multiple emergency rooms, over a three month period.
